Global Warming: A Naturally Occurring Phenomenon Or A Manmade Disaster
By Noaman Dadghir
In recent years global warming has been in the center of the conversation, and there is undeniable evidence that imposes the effect of global warming on the planet and its habitants, however scientists differentiate about the reasons why this is happening to our planet.
One theory suggests that the global warming phenomenon is happening because our solar system goes through cycles that changes the atmosphere of our planet just like the ice ages that came thousands of years ago, and not just on our planet it happens in all nine planets in our solar system but each one experiences the stages differently depending on its position in the solar system, scientist Jennifer Marohasy along with her fellow scientist John Abbot have found after many scientific studies using neural network technology compelling evidence that cements their theory that the earth’s atmosphere would’ve kept rising even without the industrial revolution and the warming of our planet is not related to the extravagant release of the CO2 back into the atmosphere.
However another theory suggests that the global warming disaster is a direct result of the releasing carbon dioxide back into the air by the industrial revolution in the 20th and 21st century, scientists have noticed that the temperature of the oceans have risen significantly in the last 60 years due to greenhouse gasses being released into the atmosphere, scientist and marine physicist Tim Barnett says that he and his team at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography in San Diego, California have found undeniable evidence linking the greenhouse emissions to the rising temperatures of the oceans leading to more ice sheets melting and ocean’s levels rising, Barnett says that the debate is no longer “are we responsible for global warming” but the debate now is “what can we do about it ?” blaming the US government and the Bush administration for dragging their feet when it came to the Kyoto treaty.
Whatever seems to cause the rapidly rising temperature of our planet it is undeniable that we played a major role in polluting our planet whether it’s toxic waste or dumping of unrecyclable plastics in our oceans we have caused a lot of harm to this planet and its habitants,
But there’s more than one way to looking into the subject of global warming, it is known that politicians have used global warming as a stepping stone for their political agenda both the right wing republicans and the left wing democrats, the left blaming the right wingers for their denying of the man-made disaster that we’re facing and witnessing as the catastrophic events take place from giant storms to wild fired lasting weeks, to earthquakes, tsunamis storming our beachfronts and rising waters threatening our oceanfront cities, while the right wingers screaming left wing propaganda trying to destroy the economy to build their democratic socialism plans
And that makes the fringes on both sides the far left and the far right go crazy over propaganda fueled so called news that actually does more harm than good, making people panic does not help either party’s benefit it very evident that chaos could take place and it already has, it may not be global warming relevant or even if it’s happening or not but politicians have used propaganda fueled news to ensue panic into the masses to achieve their political goals or just to get ahead in the poles, we definitely need to be more careful when it comes to believing what we here on the news or read online we need to be more questioning when reading an anger filled article about the motives that push the writers to impose their anger out on the public, we need to start paying more attention because only then you can really figure out what is actually going on.

In The Speed Of Light
by Noaman Dadghir

If you ever want to look into the past, just go outside at night and look up, focus on a star far away, the star you are looking at is probably thousands of light years away, what’s a light year you may ask? A light year is a measurement of speed, time and distance, the speed of light is approximately 300,000 km per second (186411.358 miles per second) a light year is traveling in the speed of light for a period of a year.

So that star light you’re actually looking at is from thousands of years ago, it may not even be there anymore it could’ve exploded hundreds of years ago but you can still see it in it’s prime and glory.

And on Wednesday April 19th 2019 the entire world witnessed this at first hand as we received this first ever captured image of a black hole, the super massive black hole is located at the center of  Messier 87 (aka. Virgo A), a supergiant elliptical galaxy in the Virgo constellation, the messier 87 galaxy resides just about 54 million light years away from earth so when I first received news of the picture that captured the first ever black hole I was more amazed about the fact that what we are looking at is an image for the past 54 million years ago exactly it is literally like opening a magical portal into the past where you can see major galactic events take place, but it only makes me wonder if we can do the same when it comes to the future as science evolves every day my hope grows for new scientific discoveries that will push the human race one step closer to achieving the speed of light which according  Albert Einstein’s theory of special relativity that achieving the speed of light might help us travel through time, however the problem that stands in our way so far  is that matter cannot achieve the speed of light due to its density and only energy is able to achieve that speed, unlike what we see science fiction movies where spacecrafts reach light speed  almost effortlessly.

And that only makes me dream about what is out there and exploring the universe in its profound massiveness

The Cycle Of Evolution And The Hope For The Distant Future

The cycle of evolution and the hope for the distant future

by Noaman Dadghir

When we think about the stone age we probably think about 2.6 million years ago to as recent as 12.000 year ago, when the first breed of human beings started using stone tools that era was the starting line for the evolution of the human race, They used stone tools to cut, pound, and crush—making them better at extracting meat and other nutrients from animals and plants than their earlier ancestors as they lived in small, nomadic groups. During much of this period, the Earth was in an Ice Age—a period of colder global temperatures and glacial expansion.

Fast forward to 12.000 years ago when the earth entered a warming period ending the last ice age brining the Fertile Crescent which is the boomerang-shaped region of the Middle East that was home to some of the earliest human civilizations. Also known as the “Cradle of Civilization,” this area was the birthplace of a number of technological innovations, including writing, the wheel, agriculture, and the use of irrigation. And so the evolution moves on to the Victorian era and to the 20th century and the industrial revolution, the first world war and the second, the cold war AND THEN we enter the technological evolution and the rise of technology, first cell phone, the first laptop, the first iphone, the first  hybrid car, breaking the sound barrier, the Tesla. And it goes on as the hunger for evolution continues
And this might just be what happens, why else would we want to do this, why do we work so hard, imagine you’re driving on the highway in a Tesla and it’s on auto pilot your hand is barely on the wheel listening to a podcast that you downloaded from THE SKY and streaming through the air with something called Bluetooth -whatever that is- received on a giant screen on the dashboard that has high resolution connected to a GPS satellite telling you where you’re going, what way are you taking, and when are going to be there, we have come a long way from the stone age, AND WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES.

Recent studies show that apes and monkey such as chimpanzees, orangutans, and macaques have entered the stone age where archeologists unearthed some truly remarkable stone tools in the rainforests of west Africa, the woodlands of Brazil and the beaches of Thailand, it’s not the antiquity nor the workmanship of these tools that is remarkable as these stone tool wouldn’t appeal to the average person anything more than old rocks, but what makes them special is that they are used by these monkeys and apes to bust open hard surfaced fruits and dead trees which is something unfathomable as we are literally watching the evolution of the human race play out right in front of our eyes all over again, and maybe this isn’t just happening here on this planet maybe this is happening all over the universe, as we are only adolescents in this universe, what’s stopping us from thinking that it’s being done on a much larger scale, there are signs all over this planet that suggest that we may not be the only intelligent life form in the cosmos, there is a pattern here, there are steps to evolution it doesn’t happen overnight and maybe there’s some other intelligent life form out there that’s thousands of years more advanced than us, just like when you look at the pyramids of Giza, Pyramid of Cestius in Italy, the great pyramid of Cholula in Mexico I like to entertain the idea the race that built those pyramids is as advanced to us as we are to those apes , I believe the signs are everywhere you just have to open your eyes.

And all of this only leads me to believe that in some way the aliens we always think about are descendants of us as we are descendants of chimpanzees and that and we came back to earth after we abandoned it thousands of years from now, to check on the evolution of the apes (us)

It is inevitable that we are going to run into that intelligent life form, it is just a matter of time and it makes me sad that there’s a great possibility that we won’t be here for that moment.
